With over 20 years of experience in corporate administration and finance, Diane most recently spent eight years in another telecoms business overseeing bids and proposals. She also spent just under a decade as an office manager, meaning she brings an important level of experience in general business acumen to Opencell.

Bringing 25 years’ experience of mobile networks including mobile network design and optimisation, product management and network architecture, George is a seasoned radio frequency engineer and product specialist. Holding senior roles at Nortel, Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco and Cable and Wireless (now Vodafone) George has also sat on the board of the Small Cell Forum, championing the adoption of small cell technology around the world.

Founder of Stratto, Len has over 20 years of experience as a Telco exec and technology entrepreneur having a successful track record in launching start-ups and running strategic projects in top tier companies including Orange, Vodafone Group and BT.

With over 18 years of telecoms network rollout experience, Dan has significant operator contacts and knowledge of both internal and external coverage solutions; from macrocells to femtocells including the recent licence exemption for repeaters.

With 30 years of experience in IT and telecoms, Darren spent 19 years in key management roles at Cisco Systems. He specialised in building channels and bringing new technologies to market, including Wi-Fi, date centre virtualisation, storage solutions, fibre channel switching, cloud management and optical and small cells.

With nearly 30 years experience in International technology businesses, and successive senior roles in specialist Telecoms organisations Mike was brought on board to boost Opencell's ability to service large and complex customers with very bespoke inbuilding mobile signal needs.

For 20 years Richard has been a tech company leader. Senior in businesses like Ericsson and Marconi, Richard was inspired to spend a decade innovating in the in-building wireless sector.

Seasoned telecoms and mobile industry expert, Nick has held senior commercial, operational and technical roles within the industry.

After completing a Physics degree, Nathan was looking to pursue his interest in technology. He found this opportunity at Opencell, where he brings a keen instinct for problem solving to his role.
